Do you have data that needs to be imported? The easiest way is to use our free automated Donor Import feature.

The Donor Import feature is great if you just have a list of donors in a spreadsheet. But what if your data is more complex? What if you need to import your historical donation records? For more advanced data import, automation will only get us so far. That's why we offer our Data Migration Service. We can take just about any type of data that you have, and import it into your Donor Tools system.

How much does it cost?

Our professional services are billed at $150 per hour (USD), with a 1-hour minimum. (Not including applicable sales tax.)

Why do we charge hourly?

Because everyone's data is different, we can't anticipate how long it will take to import any given database. If your data is in good shape, it may be a breeze to import. If it requires a lot of cleanup, then it can take longer.

Can you give us an estimate?

We may be able to give you a general idea of how long it will take, but we are unable to provide binding estimates. This is because every job is different, and everybody's data is different. Something that looks hard at first might turn out to be easy, and something that looks like a quick job might have hidden complexity.

What if we change our mind after our data is imported?

Sorry, Professional Services fees are non-refundable.
